When it comes to monster movies, Frankenstein is an icon. Released in 1931, there can’t be much left from the making of the classic starring Boris Karloff. However, some of those pieces found their way to trading cards courtesy of the 2006 Artbox Frankenstein Prop Card.

The card has a piece of electrical wiring used in the film. Numbered to 50, it’s not an easy card to find or pull. It was inserted in packs of 2006 Artbox Frankenstein at a rate of 1:1,200 packs.

While not the most iconic or recognizable prop from the movie, it carries a lot more clout than generic pieces found in a lot of sets based on modern movies and shows. The cards came out 75 years after the movie did. And that was a time when props weren’t necessarily seen as commodities or collectibles like they are now.
