Women of James Bond Autographs Gallery and Guide

The 1998 Inkworks Women of James Bond Autographs checklist might not be the biggest in the franchise’s history. But it is important. It marked the first time that a set for the series included autographs.

There are just five Women of James Bond Autographs. Rittenhouse would pick up a similar theme when they took over the James Bond license a short time later, but they used their own design.

Inkworks never released odds on how frequently the cards appeared, or rather redemption cards. All were inserted as redemptions, which haven’t been good for years. Today, there is a solid supply but not a ton. A bunch hit the secondary market after Inkworks went out of business, although it’s rumored that any leftovers were to have been destroyed after they lost the license. It took a few years, but these have been absorbed.

Because of the longevity of the similar Rittenhouse line, these autographs are largely overlooked now as far as prices go. Another factor is likely that the set was done in an over-sized format similar to Topps’ Star Wars Widevision line and tall boys sports cards of the 1960s.
