Some card sets embellish themselves when it comes to set names. 2007 Rittenhouse Complete James Bond trading cards do not. A massive base set is complimented by a long list of autographs. But the highlight of the set might just be the variety of props used in some of the cards.
The 2007 Rittenhouse Complete James Bond base set has 189 cards, which is massive by modern standards. It encompasses the first 21 James Bond films from Dr. No through to Casino Royale. Each movie has nine cards, which just so happens to work out perfectly for pages.
2007 Rittenhouse Complete James Bond Autographs and Other Inserts
Autographs are inserted one per box. All of those found in packs are done with the 40th Anniversary design. Highlights include Mads Mikkelsen, Ursula Andress, Famke Janssen, Yaphet Kotto, Alan Cumming, Judi Dench and Maud Adams.
Two additional autographs are done with the Full Bleed design, however these were only given as incentives. George Lazenby was given as a two-case incentive. A Denise Richards autograph was given to those ordering six cases.
Each box also includes a Relic card with a prop from a wide range of Bond films. Most of these pieces aren’t key items from movies, but they offer unique pieces. This makes for some interesting individual cards as props come from things like programs, playing cards, flags, tarot cards and letterheads.
On top of these, a dual costume card was given as a case topper. Each has a piece of shirt and tuxedo worn by Daniel Craig in Casino Royale.
That film is also the subject of the product’s basic inserts. They expand on past releases that came out before the movie.
