2005 Inkworks Charmed Conversations trading cards is the fourth set released for the show. Rather than taking the traditional episodic approach, its focus is on characters and quotes. As far as configurations go, it’s like most of Inkworks’ other Charmed sets, delivering both an autograph and costume card per box.
The 72-card base set is arranged into characters and groups. Phoebe, Piper, Paige and Leo kick off the first half of the set. Phoebe and Paige each have nine cards while Piper has eight. The ninth card here is the header. The remainder of the checklist is sorted into nine-card themes like Family and Villains. Even here, though, the character focus isn’t lost.
Alyssa Milano headlines the autographs. This is her second autograph card following 2003’s Charmed: The Power of Three. While Milano is the big name, it’s a lesser star that gets a lot of the attention. Just as he did in The Power of Three, Billy Drago included long inscriptions on all of his cards, making each unique.
2005 Inkworks Charmed Conversations has eight different Pieceworks costume cards. More than have of these have pieces worn by the three sisters.
Other inserts include the nine-card Transformations foil puzzle and the six-card Charming Men.
