It may be called 2007 Inkworks Charmed Forever, but the set is really a book end for both the show and the trading card line.

The 72-card base set takes a largely character-based approach to Charmed‘s final episodes. It concludes the somewhat unconventional route Inkworks took with the show, starting and stopping on occasion rather than taking a strictly season-by-season approach.

Every base card has four different Inkplates. These are one-of-a-kind printing plates base on the four-color production process.

2007 Inkworks Charmed Forever doesn’t have any autographs. Instead, Pieceworks costume cards are the primary chase element. Inserted two per box, 13 different cards are available in packs. An addition triple costume card was offered to dealers as a pre-order incentive.

While Alyssa Milano, Rose McGowan and Holly Marie Combs are understandably well represented among the costume choices, there’s another actress on the checklist who moved on to much bigger things following Charmed‘s end — Kaley Cuoco of The Big Bang Theory.

The other inserts in 2007 Inkworks Charmed Forever don’t show much creativity. Legacy is the nine-card foil puzzle. There’s also the six-card Forever Family and three And They Lived Happily Ever After cards.
