Following a popular first set, Topps was quick to order a second dose of Heroes. The 2008 Heroes Volume 2 Autographs are a focal point, drawing in several new names as well as more premium options.
Regular autographs aren’t easy pulls. Landing 1:72 packs, it works out to every third box of 2008 Topps Heroes Volume 2. A total of 14 signers are included on the checklist. Leading the way is Ali Larter, who doesn’t have autographs in the first set. Milo Ventimiglia is the other central star.
Dual Autographs make their Heroes debut. Falling 1:9,610 packs, these are extremely rare. The five combinations pair up characters that have things in common.
Rounding out the 2008 Heroes Volume 2 autographs are four Autographed Costume cards. At 1:3,760 packs, they may not be as tough to find as the Dual Autographs, they’re still hard to find, especially now that much of the supply has dried up.
Like the first set, all 2008 Heroes Volume 2 autographs use foil stickers for the signatures. Some are not applied perfectly and parts of a white box can be seen.
