  • A8 distributed as a case card (one per sealed case).
  • DA1 distributed as a multi-case incentive (one for every six cases).
  • All cards gauged as "very limited" by Rittenhouse (200-300 copies of each pack-inserted autograph).
  • A8 and A12 were originally intended for release with Rittenhouse's "Complete" set in 2004.
