A Couple of Slip-Ups at Topps
Topps has bowed their head in proverbial shame, announcing to collectors that there have been a couple of mishaps at their house of cards.

The first falls under the "whoops" category. It's more embarassing than harmful for the hobby. The facsimile signature used on Chris Young's Padres cards prior to 2008 actually picture the signature of a different Chris Young - the one on the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The second mistake is bound to tick some folks off. Several Red rookie 1-of-1 parallels in 2008 Topps Moments and Milestones are actually 1-of-21s. Some sort of printing mistake led to the presses running. I guess the planets were alligned just right too seeing as how the numbering got messed up too in the process. The affected cards are:
