Rookies Cause a Rush on Sharpies
With
the ink still drying on their new multi-million dollar contracts, the
NBA's hot
test
rookies have again busy signing their names, this time on sweet cardboard.
2002-03 Bowman Signature Edition basketball combines the line's "home
of the rookie" slogan with some old-fashioned autographs to make
for one premium set.
Each
pack, which is going to run you $35, will contain either an autographed
rookie, a rookie
relic card or an autographed rookie relic card. All rookies are numbered
to 1299 and will be encased through the Topps Uncirculated program.
2002-03 Bowman Signature Edition basketball is scheduled for release on December 11, just in time to jump on Santa's lap and ask him for a whole lot of cash and a good crop of rookies.
