snags a charged piece of a Giants' memorabilia

Manning, this year's first overall pick in the NFL draft, wasn't a San
Diego Charger for long. A short time after being the selected by a team
he was reluctant to go to, Manning got his wish and was sent to the
New York Giants. Among the jerseys Topps aquired from the draft was
Manning's one, and likely only, Chargers jersey.
Topps plans to use the jersey as a part of a dual relic card featuring both Manning's Chargers and Giants jerseys in its 2004 Bowman Football set that will be out in late September. Other Draft-Day Jersey Relics will also be included.
