The
Be-a-Player hockey line has long since been associated with autograph-per-pack
sets since its early days in the mid-1990s. Over the course of a decade,
the line has bounced from Upper Deck to Pinnacle to In the Game. Now
it's back where it started as Upper Deck has announced it will be producing
the set once again.
The set, which will release sometime in the spring, will stick with the one autograph-per-pack format, although at a fair price considering what some of the super duper premium products retail for now. Packs are suggested at $9.99.
Single autographs would be too easy, so Upper Deck has announced they will up the ante by inserting double and triple autograph cards as well.
