Overview: Serenity (Inkworks)
The TV show Firefly came and went without much of a wimper. The brainchild of Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator Joss Whedon, the show took the Western and tossed it into space. FOX left it to the hounds and it never took off. Yet somehow Whedon convinced the folks at FOX to let him make a big-screen movie based on the story and characters. Now, following sneak previews and such, the buzz for Serenity is building. The Whedon army is out in full force and Inkworks is on board with the Browncoats. The company's release for Serenity boasts an autograph checklist for all nine of the film's protagonist crew, a coup of sorts for card sets as some names always seem to avoid being attached to signing cards. Pieceworks costume cards will also be offered at a rate of one per box.
