TV to Foily Cardboard - Alias: Season One
In
the original Charlie Brown Christmas special Lucy questions Beethoven's
worth as celebrity and sums it up that if he doesn't have his own bubblegum
card, he mustn't be famous. I guess that means that Alias, the hot TV
spy show starring Jennifer Garner, has officially made it. Inkworks
is set to release Alias: Season One Premium Trading Cards in December,
just in time for Christmas no less.
The
81-card base set will include character profiles and cards showcasing
memorable scenes from the show's first season.
Autographs and costume cards highlight the available inserts. Available signatures include Jennifer Garner (Sydney Bristow), J.J. Abrams (Show Creator and Executive Producer), Victor Garber (Jack Bristow), Bradley Cooper (Will Tippin), Merrin Dungey (Francie Calfo), Lindsay Crouse (Dr. Carson Evans), and Ric Young (Suit and Glasses). Autographs are seeded 1:39 packs.
There will also be three Pieceworks cards (1:78 packs) containing costume swatches. The Pieceworks cards are: the blue latex dress worn in episode "So It Begins", the silver metal outfit worn in episode "The Coup," and the beaded hat worn in episode "The Coup."
