Bond
hits 40 and starts expanding
Rittenhouse
Archives is making available a limited quantity of its James Bond 40th
Anniversary Expansion Set. The set consists of nine cards, which continue
the themes and designs of the original 40th anniversary series.
There will three autograph cards, signed by Sean Bean as Alec Trevelyan,
Robert Davi as Franz Sanchez, and Geoffrey Keen as Frederick Gray (Minister
of Defense). There will also be three plot cards, one Bond Extra card,
one Bond Villain card and one Women of Bond card, all of which will
relate to the new 007 film, "Die Another Day."
Only 1,000
sets will be made available, but only 250 direct from Rittenhouse. Cards
Inc. in London will be the exclusive distributor of the remaining 750.
As an added
bonus, there will be an extra two cards included with this. They are
the corrected versions of cards #2 and #3 from the original 40th anniversary
series issued in August.
