1993 Kenner Jurassic Park trading cards might bring more nostalgia to a lot of people than the more traditional Topps set. That’s because the Kenner cards were a bonus that accompanied the toy line. Packaged with action figures, vehicles and playsets, they channel the heyday of Toys ‘R’ Us and the magic young fans experienced beyond the big screen.
The cards contain characters, scenes and even artwork. Backs have a few things going on including character or dinosaur bios and dinosaur trivia. Some have movie highlights as well.
While there are no shortage of 1993 Kenner Jurassic Park trading cards out there, many were played with alongside the toys they came with. The result is a lot of damaged cards. The distribution method means that some cards are more plentiful than others. Generally speaking, those that came packaged with basic action figures from the toy line’s peak are going to be easier to find than those that came with pricier playsets.
