2015 Cryptozoic Sons of Anarchy Seasons 4 and 5 head back to Charming for more motorcycles and mayhem. With it comes a familiar format highlighted by autographs and memorabilia cards, both of which are one per hobby box.
2015 Cryptozoic Sons of Anarchy Seasons 4 and 5 Checklist Details
The base set consists of 72 cards, although the numbering is a little different. Instead of the usual #1, the set kicks off with a #0 title card and runs through #71. Rather than a direct episode-by-episode approach, cards look at the bigger, broader strokes of the season, opting for key moments and turning points.
Fronts use an image from the show with a top and bottom border. A skull-centric SOA logo and caption reside in the bottom portion. Backs have more iconography from the show as well as a small write-up to go with what’s on the front.
Base cards have three levels of parallels. Rainbow Foil come serial-numbered to 25. Red Foil versions have just ten copies each. There are also one-of-one Printing Plates with each card getting separate black, cyan, magenta and yellow versions.
Autographs, Memorabilia Cards and Other Inserts
Like 2014’s Seasons 1-3 set, the list of signers is both big and impressive. More than 20 different signatures are available including leads Charlie Hunnam (Jax), Katey Sagal (Gemma) and Ryan Hurst (Opie). Joining them are lots of key recurring characters and guests known for outside projects, such as Ashley Tisdale and Tom Arnold.
Equally large is a Wardrobe Cards lineup, which has 18-single and another nine dual-swatch cards using the show’s costume. These also have Printing Plates, although there aren’t any swatches in them. There are also three Triple Wardrobe cards.
There’s also a rare Triple Memorabilia card where pieces from Jax and Tara costumes flank a pieces of the marriage license certificate.
Sketch cards make their debut for the show in 2015 Cryptozoic Sons of Anarchy Seasons 4 and 5. Landing 1:672 packs, these all have original, one-of-a-kind artwork by one of 11 different artists.
Replica Patch Cards (1:192 packs) return with three more cards that continue from where the first set left off. These are meant to replicate the patches that the bikers wear on their jackets.
In a similar vein but with easier odds are nine Temporary Tattoos (1:24 packs) for those wanting to up their cosplay game a little further.
Character Bios (1:4 packs) is another insert set that carries on from Seasons 1-3. Nine different characters are featured.
Gallery has the same odds and set size. These opt for striking portraits.
Both Character Bios and Gallery have Rainbow Foil (/25), Red Foil (/10) and Printing Plate (1/1) parallels like the base set.
