However, it doubles as a way to reminisce about the weekly magazine that would inform a lot of our schedules and television viewing before the days of streaming and the internet.
Offered as a mini factory set, the 2005 Rittenhouse Elvis TV Guide Covers checklist features 16 cards. No parallels, TV Guide relics, autographs or other chase items exist.
Each recreates a cover as a trading card. While these date back to 1956, most of Elvis’ covers were of the commemorative variety that came out long after his death.
Although not a scarce release, it is somewhat obscure given its niche nature and set distribution.
Unlike a lot of small Rittenhouse sets, the production run was not released.
