The 2024-25 Upper Deck DC Annual checklist looks back on a year’s worth of comics, highlighting characters, heroic happenings and some key issues. Like the line’s DC debut, there are plenty of chase elements to keep collectors busy as well.
Hobby boxes have the vast majority of top cards, although there are more budget-friendly blasters as well.
2024-25 Upper Deck DC Annual Checklist Details
Consisting of 100 cards, the base set centers on characters. Using modern art, it’s a mix of big names and deeper cuts covering both heroes and villains.

2024-25 Upper Deck DC Annual Checklist – Autographs and Additional Highlights
While they’re not a major focal point, the 2024-25 Upper Deck DC Annual checklist does have some signatures. Creators Corner Autographs spotlight nearly a dozen different writers and artists working with the company. These include Jeff Lemire, Chip Zdarsky and Mark Waid.
Creators Corner Dual Autographs are also available, although they’re extremely scarce with just ten copies each.
Nearly 70 artists have sketch cards in 2024-25 Upper Deck DC Annual, each delivering a card-sized piece of original artwork.
The checklist has several insert sets, ranging from common to extremely tough. Some of the more rare options include Elseworlds (#’ed/299) and Iconic Artwork (1:256 packs).
Acetate Suspended Animation cards return. These have roots in SkyBox’s Marvel sets from the 1990s. Here, the 50-card checklist takes a tiered approach with serial-numbered print runs ranging from 699 down to 99 copies.
Borrowing from Upper Deck’s flagship sports sets is Star Rookies. Fairly common at 1:10 packs, these center around debuting characters using a flagship design.
Number 1 Spot highlights 25 comics that received the first issue treatment in 2024-25.
Character-centric inserts include Wonder Woman, Shazam! and Nightwing.
