Most of the artwork comes from the comics, which shouldn’t come as a surprise. That said, there is a major difference. Moore’s comics are in black and white. Converted to trading cards and his art is now in full color.
Besides Moore’s work, a handful of other artists contribute to the checklist include Mike Allred and Ray Lago.
Covers Chromium cards take some of the comic’s prime artwork and gives it a metallic makeover. There are six cards in the set with one landing every 16 packs. Theoretically, this should mean at least two per box with some getting a third.
More cover art is used in the set’s second insert set, Original Mini Series Covers. This one is smaller with just three cards but longer 1:36 pack odds.
There’s also a box topper card #0.
