2012 Rittenhouse Amazing Spider-Man trading cards kick off the reboot films with a rebooted format. Rather than full sets like the Tobey Maguire-led trilogy got from the cumulative efforts of Topps, Upper Deck and Rittenhouse, the new film got a much smaller premium release.

It might not be big, but it self delivers some big elements including multiple autographs from the film’s star, Andrew Garfield.

Sold only as a premium factory set, each includes three different elements: Character cards, memorabilia cards and an autograph.

The nine Character cards are the closest thing that 2012 Amazing Spider-Man has to base cards. These highlight the key people seen on the screen. That said, there’s no info beyond the character’s name and the actor playing them.

Sets have all seven of the product’s Costume cards. Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Gwen Stacy make up the majority of these.

Finally, sets have one of two different Andrew Garfield autographs. One uses a borderless full-bleed design and shows Garfield in his Spider-Man suit minus the mask. The other one, which has a different bordered design, focuses on Garfield as Peter Parker. Both autographs are available in equal quantities. With a product run of 444 sets, that means 222 copies each.

Rittenhouse offered an incentive to those buying four sets, an Andrew Garfield autographed costume card with a pieces of the Spider-Man suit. Just 111 of these were made.
